I didn't see this in the Known issues in VE 2016 list, so posting here for the benefit of other users.
In VE 2013.0.1.0, if the user assigns elevator loads to the baseline and proposed models using the PRM navigator, runs a PRM sim, then changes the elevator loads and runs another sim, only the ...

Re: Where does VE hide the elevator loads?
You're correct, thanks.
I'm also experiencing what appears to be a bug in the 2016.0.1.0 PRM navigator. If the user enters an elevator load using the Elevator tool for the baseline and proposed models, runs a PRM simulation, then changes the elevator loads, only the baseline elevator results will ...

BUG: Sensor Summary Information Copy/Save to image only
In the 2016 RadianceIES application the user is not able to copy/save the sensor summary information to a useful file because the VE only allows it to be copied/saved as an image.
Steps to reproduce: Sensor Settings tab > Summary button > Copy or Save

Re: BUG: VistaPro does not show correct HVAC network
This is a PITA for debugging models. I shouldn't have to save a different APS file every time I run a sim. VE models are already bloated enough without having to save a new file every time the user makes a change.

Re: Apache undersizes cooling loads
I've found the same workaround that @Simon describes to work. Definitely seems like a bug.

Make Copy Paste Behavior Consistent
Since VE relies heavily on the user copying values from various objects into other applications it would be nice if this behavior was consistent. For example, in the use case of the PRM for LEED the user must copy the supply fan kW from the fan object to Excel. In most Windows-based applications ...

Where does VE hide the elevator loads?
In the VE 2016 PRM navigator there's a place to assign elevator loads to the models. I have set the number of elevators to zero and am using the default SPACE: Elevators - Equipment values for loads. I have checked that the baseline and proposed models Tabular Room Data Internal Gains are the same ...

Re: Suggestion : prevent VE from making itself the active window after a sim
This happens in the following scenarios:
1. Running multiple Room Load Calculations in the PRM navigator, e.g. Proposed Model and 0* Baseline Model.
2. Running multiple System Load Calculations in the PRM navigator, e.g. Proposed Model and 0* Baseline Model.
3. When the PRM Simulation is complete
