I am working on a model originally created with VE 2016 with the HVAC Methodology set to ApSys. I updated the model to VE 2017 FP3 and I am hoping to change the HVAC Methodology to ApHVAC. Yes, I am currently doing this task using Vista reports but it does take some time. Automating with Python would be a welcome addition.

Request - process HVAC variables
Our local code requires that we report the TEDI metric - Thermal Energy Demand Intensity. This is calculated by reporting the sum of heating energy of all HVAC components in a model. It would be great if the IES API could include this ability.

Window setback
I am just getting my feet wet with IES VE. I am wondering if there is a setting for window setback (setback from the face of the exterior wall). With DOE2, the window setback is used to calculate shading.
