Hello,
I am working in a residential project which needs an SBEM calculation and I have a question in relation with the heating profile. As the building is formed with different homes, in reality each is going to be heated depending on the owner wishes. But I need to simulate if in theory.

Re: Walls in contact with the ground
Hello,
Does anyone Know how to solve this?
My walls are place on a valley so part of my geometry in first floor is buried and second floor is half over the ground (not over the first floor). How can I show this?
Thanks

Re: SBEM doesn't compliance
Thank you for your answer. The spaces that I changed are a lobby and a plant room. They have no heating and only the lobby will have natural ventilation. I set the system as "none" and I got U-values higher than they should be. That happened when I first posted.
Then I created a system which type ...

SBEM doesn't compliance
Hi,
I am looking for an answer to the fact that SBEM doesn't compliance in a project that used to compliance after a change in the system.
I took one project, I changed the systems and it doesn't compliance because the U-value in one of the walls is higher than it is accepted.
If I only changed ...

Walls in contact with the ground
Hi
I am working on a building model which has part of its walls "buried" or in contact with the ground.
Can anyone tell me how to draw it? I've been looking and I couldn't find info/tutorials in relation with it.
Thanks!

Delete profiles
Hello,
Quick question. If I load profiles from NCM and then edit them in APpro, will they change for the next project that I need to load this profile? Can I deleted the ones that I don't need in APpro (not in BTM) and still not delete them from database?
Thanks in advance!

Heat losses and heat gains
Hello!
I am new working with IES so I sometimes I have some questions that may look basic but I need them to be clarified. Please excuse me if my questions are too silly.

Systems in tabular data room
Hello!
I am new in IES and was wondering if somebody can give some advices. I am working in a project and at this stage, I am creating systems to assign them to the room using "tabular data room". My wondering is, should I assign a DHW system to rooms that doesn't have water supply? My thought is ...
