Internal floor/ceiling being recognised as external ground

Morning all,

I am currently working on a model where IES is recognising an internal floor/ceiling as an external floor. There is no gap between these surfaces (I have zoomed right in to check for slivers and the starting height of the floor above is the same as the max height of the floor below ...
