The same happened to me.
There were some constructions assigned to shading elements and adjacent buildings that were coming up in the report.
I changed them all to constructions that are actually used in the building I am analysing.
In this way they are removed from the report as well, but:

I have noticed the same thing.
For a baseline system type 7 with a fan supply flowrate of 19698.96cfm and a pressure drop adjustment of 4 in. w.c., IES gives a fan power of 23.9kW.
Manually applying the ASHRAE calculation I get 35.8kW.
It is quite a significant difference!

PRM Sizing reports bug?
I noticed that the Airflows section in the sizing reports for both the baseline and proposed systems is not populated. It shows 0 l/s in all room and the %OA at the AHU level is 0% as well.
