IES-VE User Forum

I need to re-install Windows 10 due to a reocurring error (as advised by MS Support). Do I need to uninstall VE & request a license uninstall PIN beforehand? I intend to install VE on the same machine once completed. I'm using a student VE license.

I've been advised by MS Support to re-install Windows 10 to solve a re-occuring error. Do I need to uninstall IES & request an removal PIN first so I can re-install the VE correctly once my machine is up & running? I will be using the same laptop. I'm using a student software license.
