i can perform both of these simulations individually, however i need to combine these to prove the heat recovery system is viable. its a single pipe heating system, therefore the heating is always on, when the temperature reaches 23, ac units turn on and redistribute the excess to colder areas.
Any ...

Re: internal gains in a computer lab
Thank you Phil.
I have one further question, the building also contains a heat redistibution system. this system consists of Daikin wall mounted AC units set to cooling only in the computer labs where the heating is supplied by a single pipe heating system, therefore it is always on. in addition to ...

Re: internal gains in a computer lab
Thanks Phil, I think ive sorted it now, I ended up simulating the rooms separately, as I couldn't work out how to assign the separate internal gains to 2 individual rooms. I was only setting up one thermal template for the 2 rooms.

internal gains in a computer lab
very basic question, however, im trying to simulate the thermal gains from plug loads in 2 computer labs in Apachesim, ive inputted all relevant data into internal gains with regard to occupancy levels and number of computers. my issue arises in that im unable to find my results in Vista. Can anyone ...

Plug Loads
How to I add the plug loads of a computer lab into my simulation with respect to heat generated from these plug loads?
