hello everybody,
I want to simulate the anidolic ceiling shown in the photo below, I'v tried to use both fluxdl and radiance in IES but both of them shown that there is no daylight in the room. what to do?
which one is better for performing this? and how could I get the right results?
help please ...

Re: RadCalc engine has stopped working error
Thank You for your reply,
I use it for calculating the illuminance level over the horizontal workplane.. But I didnt understand what do you mean by if the radiance logs flag any error... How should I know that??

RadCalc engine has stopped working error
I'm using IESradiance for daylighting simulation, and the following error message just keeps showing and the program stops working.
"radcalc engine has stopped working. a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available ...

light duct simulation
hey everybody,
I've tried many simulation software to examine the effect of adding light ducts to a specific space, but no one gave me logical results. I've read that some researchers used IES for doing that. anyone has an idea how can I model then on IES?? can I just borrow them from autocad ...
