It beggars belief but we have the same issue in 2019 as we had in 2018 in relation the certifier name not displaying on the EPC and there is no Swindon weather location.
Best avoid until this is fixed.

DSM not being recognised by Landmark
Hi all. I have had both a Section 63 and an ENG & Wales DSM both fail to generate XMLs today with Landmark issuing the error message that the software is not approved.

Hi all.
Is anyone else finding ModelIT unbelievably slow today? I have tried both desktop and laptop but just a simple partition takes 2 or 3 mins and Im going ever so slightly mad.
Have tried Clean and Fix but this just makes the software unstable.
Oh the joys.

Hi all.
I wonder if anyone can help.
When working on projects I am saving each new job with a new name and archiving as usual.
However when I extract the CAB to the VE all modelling has disappeared. The file names do not contain foreign words and the size of the CAB file is several thousand kb as ...
