Hi,
I have extracted a VE project to run some iterations but I get the error "Error:CHP profile: no definition found for profile WEEK0643".
I have tried trouble shooting using older threads and this link: http://www.iesve.com/support/knowledgebase/faq/2383 but it still does not work.

General Lighting Confusion
Hi,
I have a warehouse project. At planning stage we did a preliminary model to test Part L compliance. At concept stage we did not have lighting design so we made assumptions and used inference method to input warehouse lighting at 60ll/W (within software equates to 100,301W general lighting load ...

Re: Can't Archive
The file is titled correctly (TESTING CASE 3).
The location and permissions do not seem to be a problem since there are cases 1 and 2 in the same location.
I can zip the file with no problems.
This is the largest simulation file I have (5gb), is there perhaps a limit ?

I can't post topics
I created a few topics a week ago about some queries that I had but they don't appear to be posted to the boards.

Can't Archive
Hi,
I am receiving an error when I try to archive a project.
The error is a Cabinet error with text 'Unknown error' with red circle white cross.
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue.

Where is 'Design Weather Data' sourced from
Hi,
I understand Simulation Weather Data is sourced from the weather files as you would select them (eg TRY DSY).
In the Design Weather Data tab, is the data sourced from the location and not the Weather files ?
I ask because Swindon seems to be missing in the location wizard and want to know ...
