I am modelling an existing flat in UK where the DHW is provided by an electric immersion tank.
How should I define such system in Apache Systems? Is it correct if I set the UK NCM wizard as "GENERIC Heating only - Electric resistance", then tick the box "DHW served by the ApacheHVAC boiler ...

I am modelling a third floor flat therefore I have modelled adjacent spaces
on top and below it.
The "assign constructions" window does not show the flooring at all when I
select the whole flat. It allows me to assign constructions for the ceiling
