I am a LEED v4 consultant, I would like to earn the sDA and ASE credit

in LEED v4, it requires ASE 250,10%, which means less the 10% area of the space have less than 250 hours time achieve 1000 lux.

I tried to use IES and also DIVA+Rhino to run the simulation, and tried varies of layout, however ...
