David,

I think I got similar issues with RadianceIES as I cannot do any daylight simulation at all. Have your issues got solved?

I simply just cannot get the RadianceIES run at all. The error message as follows

Same here. I got this error message "Apache terminated unexpectedly" consistently after I updated the IES VE to the latest version released on 27 Sep 2017.

Any help?
