Hi again Zap,
I think I have found where to get the results I am looking for.
Can you point me in the right direction for making a custom, straw bale external wall please? I want to use a Uvalue of 0.12w/m2k.
Many thanks.

Straw Bale
Hi,
I am trying to make a custom External Wall material in order to analyse a building with Straw Bale walls.
Ideally I would like it to be timber frame with straw bale infill, but if I can only make it completely straw that will do.
I want the wall to have a U-value of 0.12W/m2K, but I am not ...

Toolkits - Sustainability Overview
When I import a gbXML model from revit the first thing to come up is a pop up window with a sustainability overview. This is great, but at that point the model isn't correct, mainly because the construction types haven't been assigned yet.
Does anyone know how I can get this window up again once I ...

Re: Please help!
Thanks Zap, great help.
Is there a way of selecting all external walls at once? Or do you have to click on the room, and then each wall in turn?
Thanks again.

Dear all,
I have built a model in Revit of a 3 bedroom house. I then imported it into VE pro, and have customised the wall types in the Building Template Manager.
I now have no idea how I can assign the construction types to my model. I just want to be able to make the various elements (external ...
