Radiance simulation

Hello

I am a very new user of IES and I am trying out Radince simulations for illuminance but it seems that I cannot run a simulation without getting this error. I checked the folder and there is no file .... Does anyone has a solution?

Error: Download failed. Failed to download results for job 9 ...
