Re: one zone HVAC
you need to set the control schedule correct besides assigning a room to one multiplex.
check "system setpoint and schedule" in equipment sizing session in the help mannual.
another solution without running apachehvac is: set the thermostat setting in room thermal settings.

Hi Greg
I just try to answer directly.
1. When is the appropriate time to set the heating/cooling capacity, supply air flow, ventilation air flow in proposed and baseline systems?
For baseline, flowrate setting and coil size will be done automaticaly through "assign room sizing data"

Re: PRM Navigator - When to override proposed HVAC
It is better to read through Apache View manual and PRM manual several times to fully understand them and the process.
Another thing is try to use a small model to test and monitor what is happening in every step.

Re: Negative Conduction from External Wall in Tropical Count
you can not calc the external temperature by using conduction heat gain and inner surface temperature.
This method is for steady heat transfer not transient.

Residential building sizing issue
Hi all
I am working on a residential project located in tropical climate.
For Residential building, space like bedroom will have a negative thermal flow for external wall at night time, which means heat is transferred from space to ambient.
