HI,

I encounter this error when I viewing my illuminance Plan image -> click on the Lux Contours -> OK (create contour).

Could not identify the Octree file used to create image.
Glare analysis will not be available.

May I know what has caused this error? Thank you

I am new in IESVE 2019. I encounter below error when I click on the Lux Contours -> click OK to proceed.
