Gaps between floors in the model viewer

Dear all,

I have imported a dxf file and constructed the model in ModelIT but when i view it in the 3D model viewer, the floors seem to "hover" over one another and there is a visible void between them where the solid floor slab should be. Is this normal? I have downloaded several IES model views ...
