Could you tell me, what should I put in Apache systems (for a gorund source heat pump) for seasonal efficiency and SCoP if I only know that the COP=3,6?

I ma confused, because even though I design system outside air supply equals 1ach in Thermal template there is always 0 for system air heating load in Vista loads. I saw the guide and it should be easily calculated, can anybody suggest what can be wrong?

The problem occurs even if I dont use air-conditioning but only mechanical ventilation (I dont care about overheating) so the air flow should be constant or almost constant. Ok I would agree if this value stays constant, but unfortunatelly it increases! The value doubled after I improved the constructon of the walls, so it is not correct for sure. I have no idea why is that and I really hope somebody knows the answer.

I want to have 1ach in a zone (mechanical ventilation), and I assume no natural ventilation. I want to see what's the energy used for heating this air flow.

I have a following question: Is it possible to change the scale in Vista Pro (not just no of units, but values. My loads are too small and I can't distinguish any differences (even if I use max of 20units in scale).
