soooo 'COOL-SSEER' means cooling system seasonal energy efficient ratio but how on earth do i fix this?

Looking at the error file it simply says:


* [ 145] *** ERROR 1 *** : (Keyword out of range): COOL-SSEER = 0.064






*** ERRORS *** Number of errors: 1
*** WARNINGS *** Number of warnings: 340
*** CWARNINGS *** Number of cwarnings: 0
END

...but it doesnt tell me what the problem is!!!!!!!!

fixed arlier problem but now it terminates after ive applied some building systems...this is the log file

It seems everytime i run my compliance test it gets to 'adding objects......' and then terminates unexpectedly. I have recently ran a solar analysis and suncast and then followed by changing the external galzing construction...is this what is casuing the problem?

Ive downloaded the link however it seems since its a trial there's no way to use vista analysis or the solar shading section under the suncast link.
Is there any way the Keys team can transfer my licence from the 6.3 version over to the 6.2.3 version that the university uses?

Thanks all i've downloaded 6.2 from the archive so i will see if i can sort the problem out that way.

I purchased a student version of 6.3 however the version at my university is 6.2, when i have come to process a new BRUKL report the TER for my building seems to have changed and there are several rooms which have been excluded from Criterion 3 which were previously visible in version 6.2 ...
