Thank you very much for your answer, actually my problem was more about how to draw the partition and not how to made it be from gypsum but finally I found it out.
Can i ask you another thing. Can you please tell me how to delete a partition because it doesn't behave as a normal wall right ...

Can someone please tell me how to draw partitions from gypsum within an open space in a building?
