Radiance (IES) vs. AGI
Has Anyone done a simulation comparing the result in AGI and Radiance?
I did for one specific room with similar reflectance for walls, roof, and ceiling and VLT for glazing both in AGI and IES. However, the results are different.......

Re: Modify imported Renit file in IES
I mean modifying the model in IES not importing the IES from Revit. For instance, I can not delete any surface or change any shading surface ( in terms of geometry, width or length)

Is there any way to change the doors to windows in IES?
In revit model doors defined in door category as they have to be. However, they are glass doors. Therefore, in IES they defined as door, but I could not find any option to change them to glass door. In building tempelate manager and Apache ...

Re: Shading Surfaces and Mesh (Revit to IES)
Phil and Vajindar,
I changed the export quality. As you can see in the following links the shading and perforated surfaces are included in gbXML file but not in IES.
You can find the gbXML images here: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/41/79322242.jpg/

I am getting the following errors when trying to export a Revit model (Revit MEP) into VE:
-the shading surfaces did not show up into IES(PRO) file although they are defined as roof family.
- the perforated surface also disappear in IES ModelIT.

I am confused. I defined a HVAC system in ApacheHVAC and saved it in the project folder, and leave the application...the next time I back to AppacheHVAC there is a blank page and does not show the HVAC system components...........Why?
