Heat gain from lighting
Hi all,
When I input lighting power for internal gain, I normally use 11W/m2 as our regulation, equal to T8, so by default heat gain will be 11W/m2 too. But an adviser from Trane said that, it should use 50% of 11W/m2 for heat gain from lighting, I think it's very reasonable.
What do you think ?

SI m3/h instead of l/s
I wish VE ApHVAC can use m3/h intead of l/s.
m3/h is more popular than l/s in SI and Francophone countries.
This option can appearance in the menu:
Tool / Preferences / Units (tab) / Metric
Under Metric menu, one more option for: "ApHVAC Volume unit" option between: l/s and m3/h
Thanks for ...

SHGC or SC
In construction I see Total Coefficient for glazing after deriving parameter, in general or theory, SHGC = SC x 0.87. So total Coefficient in VE equivalent SHGC or SC ?
Thanks.
Thanks.
