It seems the construction file is corrupt somehow.
Could you please create it again & assign these constructions & give a try for the simulation ?

No , you can't keep VE 6.4.0.7 & VE 6.4.0.8 version on the same machine as these are not major builds , however you can keep multiple major versions of VE on the same machine.

Example :VE 6.0.6 & VE 6.3 or keeping VE 6.3 & VE 6.4.0.7 .

You did not mention which SketchUp plugin version you are using , if it is older then I would strongly recommend you to use the latest one.

Sherenne, what I will suggest you is to activate the software on your machine from where you have requested the keys & start using VE, later on you can move your license to another machine.

I think you did not save the component library or you are not in 'Component' mode.

When you are done with selecting or creating components , you need to save the component library using 'CompLib >Save Component Library' action.

Please try doing so & let us know it goes.

This error generally occurs if your model has external holes.
ApacheSim would prompt the error message if your model has external holes , you can create windows & create a profile for that so that It works like hole (make it 100% open & make it open always).
