Hello Hummingbird,
I have exactly the same problem. Lots of email exchanges with Tech Support over the past month but they cannot replicate the problem so are yet to find a solution. I have tried running two laptops, and two software versions but the problem persists. My personal view this is ...

Modelling Underfloor Heating
Hi all,
Can anyone offer some advise on how to model underfloor heating. Is it as simple as changing the room system radiant fraction (using a value of 0.5 as IES guidance)??????
Thanks Richard

Re: Adjusted Glazing Radiant Values and Manufacturers Data
Hey Marc,
yes Suncool, ooppps........
The problem I'm having is under the Construction Database there's no input cell or value for absorptance, only transmittance and reflectance (outer).

Hi all,
A few general questions on SunCast if anyone can help
1) when running a shading calculation are the internal results giving values for insolation KWh/m2/day?
2) could anyone advise on suitable guidance for insolation values, i.e. what could be considered high value
3) what could be ...

Hi all,
does anyone have experience of modelling a dropped acoustic ceiling under exposed concrete soffit.
I'm looking to show the thermal performance of a space with exposed concrete to soffit for thermal mass but with an acoustic ceiling section with holes to maintain the exposed thermal mass ...

I'm not sure you can measure C02 with Microflo. I know you can with Macroflo
