Hi Phil,

I'm having the same problem whereby i'm unable to install sketchup plug-in. I'm currently using IES VE-2012 version 6.4.0.12 and sketchup version 8.

The pop out message :
" You must have a copy of IES <VE> 2013 installed before attempting to install this plugin."

Please advice urgently ...

Hi PCully,

1. I've tired your 1st option but failed too. It says "Unable to retrieve user information"

2. I've received the key but even i've set the licence folder correctly it didn't work.

Could you please educate me on the differences and functions in between these both analysis type in ASHRAE Loads:
a. Room and Apache System loads
b. ApacheHVAC system loads

I've managed to save the blinds as a component.

The reasons of making it as component so i could assign material on the blind as per actual properties.
