I had the same issue.
It seems like shading objects are included in Table 1.4.
If your shading objects have a thermal template like "SPACE: Offices" or so, their LPD is accounted in Table 1.4.
To eliminate the error, you have to go in ModelIt, select your Shading Objects switch to Apache ...

yes, this should be correct. however I'm not completely convinced how the water side is modeled in IES - I regularly estimate higher pump energy consumption than the modeling results.

when you enter the area, the maximum allowed wattage is calculated.
You installed wattage must be less. (this is part of mandatory provisions)
For energy modeling: for all nontradeable surfaces: the baseline wattage is equaled to the proposed wattage, otherwise you could claim huge benefits ...
