Re: External CFD Wind Pressure Error
Thank you for your reply. However, I don't think that is the problem. I understand that the range in pressure values that the software generates by itself will vary from project to project and that this inherently gives a different default range scale, but when I try to set the range to custom ...

Site Energy vs. Source Energy
Is there an output somewhere in the VE that shows the values for both source energy and site energy?
Way back when I was running on the 30-day free trial I did some comparative simulations and I documented values for both site energy and source energy from the different simulation runs in my ...

External CFD Wind Pressure Error
I am looking at wind pressures on the exterior facade of a building. I ran an external CFD simulation with 150 ft/s velocity. The default pressure key ranges from -81.177 to 32.118 (pressure in in. water) in the MicroFlo viewer. Two questions:
1. Are the pressure units referring to Class/Design ...

Radiance Error--Can't Generate Image
Hello,
After multiple attempts, I still have not been able to run a Radiance simulation of any kind. I immediately get an error:
Rad4D Problem encountered whilst creating image. See log file for more info.
When I go to the log file I see this:
write_rad
Start time October 25, 16:27:28
End ...

Topography in VE?
Is it possible to import high relief or mountainous topography from Google Earth (via Sketchup) into the VE that will function in Microflo (for an external wind analysis) and Suncast (for shading effects)? Thank you.
