I've set up my building and tried to run CIBSE loads to determine max and min loads. The results I'm getting are about half of what I'm expecting. Digging into it further it appears the outside air hasn't been calculated adequately, particularly the latent component.

Are you sure there's not a hole in the floor? We found that importing a model from Revit put holes in every ceiling.

Modelling different zones
When modelling an open plan building, should we divide the space up into zones and model each zone as a separate space, i.e. 4m external strip, internal zone, etc? Or can this be done through the partition tool (or some other tool)?
