Is it possible to create an electricity tariff with several period of 'off-peak' per day?
For example - Economy 10 is used with electric wet heating systems in social housing. Off peak times are 04:30 - 07:30, 13:30 - 16:30 and 20:30 to 00:30. 10 hours in total.
