I agree that those are suspiciously low.
It's hard to guess without knowing about your building, and I apologize if these are obvious but these are just the first thoughts that come to mind:

Add Fuels to BRPM Report?
Is there a way to make additional fuels report for the BPRM report? I have a LEED for healthcare project which has atypical energy end use breakdowns that need to be reported (MRI energy, PET energy, k*****n Exhaust fan energy, etc.) I've applied these sorts of things to various "Misc. X" type fuel ...

I'm trying to do a LEED energy model of a university building, which has a campus chilled water loop. I read through the LEED District Energy Guide, and it said to model it as purchased water, rather than with an actual chiller that has performance curves and all that. Figured it out. Room query, and delete the "internal gain" that it calls exterior lighting
