It would have been usefull to have a second tick box in the room groups for activation and deactivation (like the tick box already there for view on-off) in the simulation process like suncast or apache. The 1 minute step should show exactly the changes of the population.

Try to decrease the simulation time step. IF the change happens the 15 minutes and the time step is 30 then you get an average prise. A step of 1 minute will describe the change better. Try that for a smaller period (1 month) and check the results.
This might be the problem.

The latest hotfix for the feature pack 1 didn't solve the problem.
The right click for focus and eye position is not available.

Was this removed on purpose?

When I set an one minute simulation step the results are analytical and I can check the response of the building to the changes of the external temperature and air which looks absolutely ...

After the latest update with the Feature Pack 1 the right double click function for setting the eye and focus position does not work. It is not there and this is really frustrating.
I had to revert back to the hotfix version.
