CIBSE loads and double facade
Hello,
I am doing a loads simulation for a building that has a double skin - basically two glazed curtain walls with 2.5 meter cavity in between. My question is - will CIBSE loads calculation correctly account for the solar gains through both sheets of glass? Should I keep the cavity as a separate ...

Re: Model Viewers not responding
Hi John,
Sorry couldn't answer sooner. Unfortunately disabling the adapter did not work. Any other solutions I could try? Got the same problem with 2015 and 2016 versions.
Regards

Hello,
I recently encountered a strange bug - my model viewers (both of them) stopped working.

Defining water reflectance
I am modelling a pool space for a sports centre for assessing glare and am wondering how to define the surface that is supposed to represent water. Has anyone done that before? Would be very grateful for any info on a workable solution.

I've ran simulations for various locations (and weather files); my earlier models vista files also have the weather variables missing. Since I can see the variable values in ...

Re: Exporting profiles
I am refusing to believe that everyone working with IES manually replicate profiles when starting a new project similar to the last one. Is there a way to make a selected profile be "system"?
