Re: IES 2017 is slow!
I've noticed it as well. Can't select a room group of more than 10 rooms without it slowing down. Have never had this problem before the update.

Radiators Sizing to Zero, Manual Sizing Not Providing Heat
I have a system set up in ApacheHVAC and would like to use radiant heat for the perimeter zones.
Here's what I've done:
Set up a number of constant speed, single fan, dual duct systems with no radiant heat. No big problems. Lots of small ones, but I got through it. The system was autosized and ...

Extended Slabs?
Hello,
I'm trying to model a building that has extended concrete slabs and column projections on each floor where a renovation recently occurred.
Originally, the extended slabs and column projections were uninsulated. Now the exterior walls have been moved out and the extended slabs and column ...

Chilled Water Loop Pumps and Cooling Tower
I'm modeling a baseline building per ASHRAE 90.1-2010. ASHRAE calls for one primary chilled water pump and one condenser water pump for each chiller. The chilled water loop seems to only allow one pump for any number of chillers.
I would also like to model more than one cooling tower as well. Again ...

Error: Negative inside convection coefft for construction ty
I've started a new project in version 6.4.0.12 and get this error when running either ApacheSim or ASHRAE loads. I found this thread from back in 2011 on how it was fixed, but I'm having problems deleting glazing constructions.
