Well I I have looked at the IES models in the SketchUp 3D warehouse and for all those that have volumes in the roof space this space has been set to shade. So I assume that is what I have to do. Is that right?
These models have very thin roof volumes though. If I had a roof with a very large ...

Dealing with terrain
Hi,
The lowest floor in the model I am currently doing is below ground at the front of the building and above ground at the back (as the terrain has a slope). I currently have this level below z=0 in the model. Will the model assume the whole floor is below ground? and how do I deal with this ...

Group Type for Roof Space
Hi
I am importing a model with the SketchUp Plugin. The I have roof spaces which I do not want to model as 'whole rooms'. The only other options are excluded, shade, room surfaces, door and window. None of these seem appropriate. What should I choose?
Do I have to select the whole room group type ...

Scaling a Bitmap
Can someone please tell me how to re-scale a bitmap in ModelIT?
I tried the Key-In Code "bitmap=x" (typing a scaling factor in for x) whilst in plan view, but it didn't work.
Cheers,
Jack

Importing Bitmap Images
Hi
I recently imported a bitmap into IES. I seemed to import in that the import bitmap option greyed out and the deactivate/remove bitmap option became active. The only problem was that I couldn't actually see it. I tried all different views. I understand you must be in the model level and in plan ...
