bat file denied

Dear Phill,
I'm facing a problem while running FlucsDL. When i click on analysis calculation then i get massage "Access to <file location> Radiance\gensky.bat was denied." with a click button "OK".
This prob. started from 2013 version, otherwise in previous version it was OK.
