PMV PPD indices during occupied hours
Hi,
is it possible to plot the PMV and PPD indices in VistaPRO for occupied hours only or exactly defined time range? It generates these indices for a whole day which is meaningless since the office buildings are typically occupied from 7am to 19pm. The PMV and PPD can easily falls to non compliant ...

Surface/Dewpoint Temp Control
Hi all,
is there any possibility how to control chilled ceiling panels and its cooling power based on surface temp and actual dewpoint temp? To be more precise I need to increase supply chilled water temperature whenever surface temp of panel is below dewpoint temp - and dewpoint is dynamic value ...

Re: PRM - Daylight Simulation
I have found out the problem is in inner volumes - exactly as stated in "Known issues in VE 2015". After removing inner volumes Radiance sim ran without errors.
But WHY do I have to perform this daylight simulation before baseline PRM sim? It's enormous waste of time.

Re: PRM - Daylight Simulation
Sorry but I don't know how to post attachments. I can't see any upload button to attache image from my PC.
Nevermind. I did not mentioned previously that I'm using PRM Navigator 2010 and there is an option to perform Radiance sim (I wonder why?). And also I did not mentioned that it need to be ...

Re: PRM - Daylight Simulation
Hi farahghanem,
thank you for your comment. I don't understand it either. There is no reason to run radiance simulation within PRM.
I appreciate your advice to simply uncheck radiance calc but I have not even opportunity to do that. As soon as I press PRM Simulation button there is a message with ...

PRM - Daylight Simulation
Hi VE users,
can anyone tell me please how to perform a Daylight Simulation within PRM Navigator since this feature is new for me? I simply installed new VE 2015, started a new project and until I came to PRM Simulation everything was OK. But first is needed to perform Daylight Sim and here is ...

importing schedules & project materials
Hi everyone,
I would like to know if there is any possibility to export my own schedules created in project from one to another new. Also if there is some way to do it with project materials.
It takes pretty long time to create the same schedules (for not so common spaces) and materials round and ...

PRM - Fan power calculation
Hi,
I have a question about fan power calculation in IES VE which is provided by autosize run in baseline systems. Every result of fan power is much lower than fan power calculated according to section G3.1.2.9. I want to know if it is OK and if a LEED reviewers does not have problems with that ...
