I have had a similar problem - I have upgraded a building from IES 2013 to 2014. The infiltration rate under "VE Compliance (UK & Ireland" ApacheSim-compliance was previously located under "Building Data - Set Building & System Data" tab, where you could input your desired infiltration rate. Now ...
