HVAC system networks

Dear All,
At my present project there are 20 deferent VRF system in Office Building, some of them include 1,2 or 3 space and also there are some space use 2 deferent system together, actually I am a bit confuse to manage them, I wish I can send the image here to show you my propose HVAC.
It seems I have to have around 20 VRF system in y proposed page, some room is between 2 system (related to 2 system) and the other system include the 1,2, or 3 room and just continue as always. Is it true?!
