Student License delay

I have filled the application of the student license before more than a month ago and I chose the wire transfer mode of payment. Until now I wait for the invoice in order to transfer the money and I need the software as soon as possible. I can’t know the reason for this delay in processing the invoice and I can’t wait more than that. Is it possible to know when the invoice will be sent to me and how long it tale to send me the software license after the payment? Also I would like to explain Is the credit card mode of payment take a long time or is there any other quick mode of payment in order to get the software this week or the next week?

I dont know much about the payment method, but i think you could retrieve a license for a month by requesting a "license pending payment" through the request license menu.

It should never take this long to process your payment and request so I would expect something has not gone through properly.

Good Morning,

I am hoping someone can help me urgently.

I purchased the software during the course of last week, and this morning tried to download it. I have no issue with downloading it, but says i require an access key. I am having no luck with retrieving this and activating the full version of the software.

Can anyone help regarding this issue?

I desperately need to the use the software today.
