Hi,
I am having a sudden problem: I am using Sustainability Toolkits for Sketchup to test different options. When running Heating & Cooling loads calculation (CIBSE A Guide method) I was having results normally, but suddenly (I don't think I changed anything in the process), I got this message by Apache: "Error reading CIBSE Loads option file".
Any clue?
Thanks
Error reading CIBSE Loads option file
Re: Error reading CIBSE Loads option file
Hi,
I think this is an issue with VE-Ware that can occur running the Toolkits loads calcs. It is logged wih hour development team for full investigation but what I have observed in the past may help you.
There can be a synchronisation issue here, if you run the loads calc and then run another analysis you may find the report is generated for the previously run loads calc.
Further I believe this is an issue that affects VE-Ware, you could uninstall VE-Ware and install the Full VE For Arch/Eng applications suite and the error won't occur. Don't worry when doing this as it will install the IESVE plug-ins and you will still have access to all of the functionality you currently have (the software keys you are using to access Toolkits will also still be available and picked up by the fully installed software applications.
