Room Volume Intersecting

Post by ric123 »

I have just built a model and I suspect the rooms intersect. Any ideas please on how to check and solve this problem without having to rebuild my model
Thanks

In ModelIT. Go to top bar - SETTINGS/MODEL tick intersections and then press CHECK

Tip - do this often when building models to check it

That seems to be ok but my fear is after finding the intersected volumes would I have to rebuild the model? Is there a way to assign intersected models rightly to where they belong? Is this done automatically ?
Thx

If you have intersecting rooms, find them, and use the 'Draw Partitions' button to remove the overlap.
