Window surface temperature

Hello,

I need to get the surface temperature of the window in my model, however, when I click on the internal surface temperature output in vista pro, there are no results available. It will be much appreciated if you can assist me in this matter.

Hi,

on simulation settings before you run the sim click on output options then choose the detailed output for rooms, there is an option there for the internal surface temperatures. Then select which rooms you want this output to.
