great to hear from you again. With regards to your construction 1, how should I go around setting it? Do I need to put 100% windows at the exterior wall? How about the top most roof layer, I couldn't change the roof material to glass unless I add in 100% window on it.

Yes, you would need to add 100% glass via modelIT to all sides including the "walls" and then set that glass to mimic an external hole.
