Hiya,
I am doing a shell and core assessment for a retail space. The developer has advised that they want the system to be a fan coil system.
My question - what are reasonable SFPs figures for the system, and for the terminal units?

Re: Fan Coil System
Check out the NCM modelling Guide 2010 because that lists what the target (notional) building uses (and the 2013 draft that is available from the BRE)
For a FCU system the 2010 target building will use a central fresh air SFP of 1.8W/(l/s) and a terminal SFP for the local unit of 0.5W/(l/s).
However, the 2013 regulations will see the target building terminal SFP improved to 0.3W/(l/s) on the notional building from 6th April and so that's what I would recommend as a starting figure.
