Summary:Error: one or more constructions were not assigned. Possible cause: you haven't imported the baseline constructions
Detail: This error can occur if the Baseline Constructions were not imported in the navigator or if the project name contains a Decimal Point.
Workaround: Save the project to a new name and remove the decimal point

BREEAM Ene01 online tool gives error when uploading input files generated from ApacheSim calculation

Detail: This is because the BREEAM online tool detects a mismatch on the input file between the total building floor area the total sum of areas served by systems in the building.

NCM Wizard Heat Source selections selects wrong fuel

Detail: If you use the wizard to select a heat source like Heat Pump: Air Source (Electric) it doesn't switch the meter to Electricity, it stays on Natural Gas.
Workaround: Open the meters dialogue and Electricity will be available, select it and select OK and it will replace Natural Gas

NCM Unheated Space activity selection available when isn't valid

Summary: NCM activity "NCM Unheated Space" appears in the activity drop down for selection when it is an invalid selection
Detail: Users can select the activity type "NCM Unheated Space" through Tabular Space Data which causes the error "Failed to write SBEM input file" for SBEM method and for ApacheSim method it can cause a mismatch between the Actual and Notional Building floor areas impacting the overall BER and TER.
Workaround: Do not simulate with NCM Unheated Space activity selected for any rooms. SBEM users should either select an appropriate Heated or Occupied activity. If unheated then follow iSBEM guidance for modelling unconditioned spaces, see http://bit.ly/VE_SBEM ...For ApacheSim method users they should either use Internal Void or Warm Roof or Other Buffer Space.

Part L England (2021) - VE Compliance inner volumes not being created correctly

Summary: VE Compliance inner volumes not being created correctly
Detail: In VE Compliance inner volumes are rebuilt as under NCM internal partitions should have no thickness. In VE 2023.2.0.0 when this is done the inner volume is not created correctly as where partitions meet eternal walls the inner volume is being created out to the outer surface of the external wall.
Workaround: No workaround when modelling with Inner Volumes. Modelling without inner volumes the only approach.
