Building Template

Post by AMENEH »

To set up the building template in CONSTRUCTION; when I choose the type of wall or roof and etc. there is a table that in its 3rd column showing assigned (thermal);
Q1: what is N and Y means there in the table? If I select different type of construction, Dose it needs to be Y ? If ye,s how can I do that?

Q2: How to set weekly profile in thermal condition, if the purpose of the building is a elementary school?

1. The N and Y in the assigned column is to indicate if the construction is currently in use in your project. N being No and Y being Yes

2. The Apache Profiles user guide looks at creating weekly profile. If you are interested in creating profiles for a school then consider creating an annual profile, that way you can use different weekly profiles for when school is in term time or on holidays (eg. Summer).
