Licence expired?! Can someone please help me?

Hi Junyao,

If you can email keys@iesve.com with your PIN(Help > Troubleshooting > Keys Info) and your Uni email, we can look into this for you - all Student Licences will run for a year, unless there was a promotion and trials(30 days) were permitted before the student licence was purchased.
