Selection of Heat source for UK NCM system

Hi All,

Currently I am working on project where there is multiple building on site and there is one private energy center on site from where heated water (LTHW) is supplied to all the building for space heating. So, in this scenario do we need to select "District Heating" or we can consider "Heat Pump" as a heat source? In the energy center the water is heated via ASHP.

Please advise.
