TER dropped after update

I recently opened a model that was achieving BREEAM excellent. The model hadn't been looked at since december and as result had to be updated inline with the new version of IES.

I re-ran the compliance calcs after changing nothing but lighting values and now the TER has dropped significantly and we do not achieve the 25% improvement for BREEAM excellent. the new Part L update does not come into effect until April so it can not be that.

I should note that when i re-run the section 6 calcs the TER is the same.

Any ideas what has caused the change, I have went from a fairly high TER of around 47 down to 25.

I am fairly confident this is related to the upgrade of the templates as nearly all my templates were shown to have been upgraded.

If you weren't using VE-SBEM then the you may have came across a known issue where NCM data was being corrupted. See the known issues post, this was fixed with Hotfix 3 which is available to download from the website.
